THE NYC CONCEALED CARRY EXPERIENCE
This course teaches you how to safely and legally carry a firearm in New York City.
It is required by New York State to apply for a concealed carry license.
NYC Concealed Carry provides training certification only. Certification is not a license or authorization to carry a firearm. Permit approval is determined solely by the NYPD Licensing Division or applicable licensing authority.

- New York Conceal Carry Experience:
LIVE-FIRE RANGE TRAINING
You will attend a supervised range session with an instructor. You will learn:
- How to load and unload a firearm
- How to shoot safely
- Range safety rules
You must safely complete this portion to finish the course.
CLASS LENGTH
- 16 hours classroom instruction
- 2 hours live-fire training
Total: 18 hours
WHAT YOU RECEIVE
After completing the course, you will receive:
- A certificate of completion
- Proof of training for your license application
