NYC Conceal Carry

Welcome to NYC Conceal Carry (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing this website, registering for training, or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Educational Services Only

NYC Conceal Carry provides firearm safety training, education, and licensing preparation courses.

We do not issue permits, approve licenses, or guarantee that any participant will receive a firearm license or approval from any government agency. All licensing decisions are made solely by the appropriate authorities.

2. Eligibility Requirements

By registering for any course or service, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 21 years of age.

  • You understand that eligibility for licensing is determined by government agencies, not NYC Conceal Carry.

  • You will provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

We reserve the right to refuse service or participation if eligibility or safety concerns arise.

3. Course Registration & Payments

  • Full payment may be required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

  • Pricing and course availability are subject to change without notice.

  • Registration is considered confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Due to limited seating and course preparation requirements:

  • Course fees may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

  • Rescheduling requests may be considered at our discretion.

  • Failure to attend a scheduled class may result in forfeiture of payment.

If a course is canceled by NYC Conceal Carry, participants will be offered a reschedule option or refund.

5. Safety & Conduct Requirements

All participants must follow instructor guidance and safety protocols at all times.

We reserve the right to remove or refuse participation to anyone who:

  • Displays unsafe behavior

  • Violates range or classroom rules

  • Appears impaired or disruptive

  • Creates a risk to others

No refunds will be issued for removal due to safety violations.

6. Assumption of Risk

Firearm training involves inherent risks. By participating in any course, you acknowledge and accept these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by instructors.

Participants may be required to sign additional waivers prior to training.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, videos, and course materials — is the property of NYC Conceal Carry and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes

  • Attempt to access restricted areas or systems

  • Submit false or misleading information

  • Interfere with website security or functionality

We reserve the right to suspend access if misuse is detected.
